Horn Cover
The original horn cover on Nitro Choppers "RUSH" bike was hand carved and polished out of a solid block of aluminum. The flames edges are naturally flowing like real flames and the inside of the flames were polished to be smooth as glass. Masterfully chromed plated by the Plating House of Canada in Concord, Ontario who preserved the look and brilliant finish. The reverse side of the cover is bored out to accept a small disc horn and a one piece aluminum bracket mounts to the stock horn mount on a Softtail or to your desired location. The mounting bracket is sold separately as custom mounting hardware may need to be fabricated to meet your exact needs.

The original piece consumed over 120 hours to produce but we offer a black heavy duty fiberglass horn cover that is an exact replica of the original at a fraction of the cost. Paint it to match your bike or leave it black. No horn? Hang it on your ride and have the ultimate flame piece.
